What you will do
- As a Senior/Medior cloud engineer, you will work on state-of-the-art serverless applications built with modern technologies;
- You can anticipate the needs of the business by applying your knowledge practically to new or existing projects;
- You proactively propose optimisations and make proactive architectural proposals that support the sustainability of your solution;
- You make smart use of various cloud services that offer added value to your project;
- You think about topics such as security, scalability, delivery and much more;
- You work closely together in a team with various colleagues from development and business;
- You actively share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues within the team and also know how to benefit from this knowledge exchange. Together we grow!
Why we want you in our team
- You preferably hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and have solid experience in one or more popular cloud-native supported languages (Java, Python, Node, Go, …);
- You have at least 2 years of experience with serverless development;
- You have at least 3 years of OO programming experience;
- You have developed a specialisation within AWS or Azure and preferably obtained certificates, and you know the basics of other platforms;
- Clean code and clean architecture are important to you;
- You are familiar with synchronous communication channels such as HTTP (RESTful and SOAP) but also with things like event-driven architecture;
- You have experience with a microservice architecture built in cloud-native technologies;
- Autoscaling, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and other DevOps tools are not unknown to you;
- As a Cloud Developer, you are a superman in terms of social skills. You listen, communicate clearly, have a helicopter view, are flexible and have an analytical mind;
- Grow, grow and keep growing. Your eagerness to learn knows no limits. You absorb litres of information in no time at all;
- You are not a grey mouse; a varied job is what you are looking for. Job hopping from one customer to another is one of the strengths of consultancy;
- You work in different environments at different customers. Those extra miles in the car or by train do not stop you from learning and growing at 200km/h;
- You can express yourself fluently in writing and orally in Dutch and English.
